I managed the entire creative and operational management of the podcast, starting from the creation of the complete visual identity that defines the brand. I was responsible for designing the animated logo and intro, creating distinctive and recognizable visual elements. I created the announcement trailer for the podcast launch, creating anticipation and interest. I handled the complete production of the vodcast, managing filming, video editing, and audio editing for each episode. Finally, I managed the publication of the podcast on all major platforms and the daily operational management of the project.
