ExaPop
ExaPop is the Augmented Reality application of Examina, a generic application that encompasses all the various projects of the cultural association related to augmented reality. The platform serves as a unified container for different educational and cultural projects, allowing users to access multiple AR contents through a single application. Among the included projects is Crocevie Kids, which has had two editions, where children rewrote and illustrated local legends that can be explored through Augmented Reality. The application allows users to frame certain elements, such as illustrations or QR codes, to see 3D elements emerge in real space, immerse themselves in virtual environments, and play video animations. ExaPop represents a complete solution for cultural projects that want to integrate AR technology, offering an immersive experience that combines traditional content and technological innovation, making cultural learning and discovery more engaging and interactive.
I managed the complete development of the ExaPop application, following entirely all projects that support Augmented Reality included in the platform. I was responsible for developing the generic application that serves as a container for all projects of the Examina cultural association, creating a modular and scalable system. I implemented Augmented Reality technology that allows recognizing illustrations and QR codes, activating 3D content, video animations, and immersive environments. I handled the integration of all projects, including Crocevie Kids in its two editions, developing specific AR content for each. I curated the application's UI/UX design, ensuring an intuitive and accessible user experience. I developed both frontend and backend, implementing content management, cloud synchronization, and all necessary features to support multiple AR projects in a single platform.
