Welcome Kit 2024
University Network's Welcome Kit is the initiative that welcomes out-of-town freshmen to Milan at the start of their university journey. Over the years it has become a reference for the student community, with thousands of participants each edition. Animations, banners, LED walls and graphic content animate the city and support students through this transition.
I managed the complete creation of all graphic and animated materials for the Welcome Kit, starting from promotional animations that communicate the initiative's energy. I was responsible for the design and creation of street banners, creating high-impact visual elements that capture students' attention. I designed content for LED walls, optimizing animations for large formats and ensuring maximum visibility. I created promotional posters and all necessary graphic materials for event communication. Finally, I handled the production of the aftermovie that documents the event and captures the Welcome Kit's atmosphere, creating a visual memory for participants.
